From the limousine van to the welcome at the harbor to the cruise experience we couldn’t have been more pleased. The rooms were spacious, well air conditioned, spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. The boat is elegant, the food has great variety and is well prepared and beautifully presented. The crew is friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and engaging. The cave hike, kayaking, tai chi, cooking class and floating fishing village visit made the trip most excellent. Highly recommended!

Hello to all that is reading, From start to finish this cruise was wonderful. 2 night 3 day with daughter (12) and husband. Crew/staff - what a lovely group of people Mr Jacki, Mr Ha, Lee, Mr Full all wait staff, chef, captain, deckhands and more. These people enjoy their job and did what they could to please, it was a pleasure interacting with them all, they all strived to ensure your time on the boat was an enjoyable and a relaxing experience. The company should be proud they have these people as part of their team. You could put drink/s purchased on a tab and pay bill on departure morning with cash or card (small fee). We arrived at the harbour with luggage waiting and driver ready for return 3 hr trip to Hanoi. Smooth sailing, a professional, well organised and executed cruise. Thank you and happy cruising.

They picked us up from the hotel in Hanoi and took us 3.5 hrs to HaLong bay. We boarded their small craft to take us to the boat. Beautiful rooms with a balcony and big windows overlooking the water. The cruise was amazing and we took the 2 night 3 day cruise and it was worth it, in fact a must. We were well looked after and I would highly recommend this one to anyone.
