    Does Pick up from Hanoi and Drop to Hanoi is included in the package or we have to pay more for that?

    Dear NEHA AGARWAL,| Many thanks for your question. The cost you saw excludes the pick-up and drop-off fee. However, you can book the pick-up and drop-off service in next step after check availability. It is 10usd per person for roundtrip shuttle bus Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi. We only offer pick-up at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter areas, others we meet you at our office. Best regards,

We had a great time on the cruise with amazing seafood. You must try the crabs. Our rooms were on the first floor the boat so we hardly had any disturbance from the engine room. I tried kayaking even though I didn't know how to swim. Do visit the Surprise cave. It is beautiful. Our tour guide, Peter was good told us many stories.

Great crew, great cruise! Hien was a great guide, and the crew, cruise and food was fabulous! Great room as well. Stayed 1 night on Ha Long Bay. Could not ask for better!

Wonderful trip Had a great two days on the Lavander. The staff, the food and the activities were great. I got to go kayaking with my son and we saw some monkeys.

We chose the 2D1N option and it was fantastic. We thought two days was the perfect amount of time as all the activities were well organised. Was slightly disappointed that we didn't catch any squid as it wasn't peak season. The room we had was spacious and very clean. Peter the tour guide was great and the staff/crew on the boat were amazing. Excellent cruise overall!

Mr partner and I chose the 2D1N option. We had an awesome experience. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and had an ensuite. The staff are very respectful and gracious, and will go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. Food was excellent. Activities were well organised. Overall 5/5, highly recommend!
